Silver Mountain Landscaping respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address and town, and what you tell us about your project, such as the services you need, your timing, the size of the job and a rough budget. We also note which page you sent the request from and, where available, the website that referred you, and our systems record the internet (IP) address a request comes from so that automated abuse can be kept out. We do not ask for payment information through this website.
While you fill in the quote form, your answers are kept in your own browser for the rest of your visit so they are not lost if you leave the page. They are cleared when you close the tab.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, and follow up about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as the service that delivers quote requests from this website to our inbox, our email provider and customer management software, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. None of the sharing described above allows anyone to use your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages for marketing; see "Text messages" below.
Text messages
If you tick the "Text me" box on our quote form, or tell us by phone or in person that we may text you (we ask first, and text you only if you say yes), Silver Mountain Landscaping collects your mobile number for text messaging and sends you text messages about your estimate, your appointments, the work we are doing for you, your invoices and payments, and a follow-up after the work is done. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at office@silvermountainlandscape.com or (609) 630-0268. Agreeing to texts is never required to get a quote or to hire us.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in information and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the service providers that work for us (such as our texting provider and the phone carriers that deliver the messages), and only so they can do that work. Cookies and analytics
This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Google Maps content
This site shows our rating and reviews from Google Maps and links to our Google Business Profile. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
