How you agree to texts
There are two ways to agree to receive text messages from Silver Mountain Landscaping, and no others.
On our website. You tick the "Text me" box on our quote request form. The box is on the last step of the form, under "Best way to reach you", beside links to our Privacy Policy and these terms. It is never ticked for you, and it says:
Text me (optional). I agree to receive text messages from Silver Mountain Landscaping about my estimate, appointments, job, invoices and payments, and a follow-up after the work is done. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Agreeing to texts is never required to get a quote or to hire us. Leave the box empty and we will call or email instead.

After the request is sent, a customer who ticked the box sees this:
By phone or in person. When you call (609) 630-0268 or speak with us in person about an estimate or a job, we may ask whether we can text you. We tell you what the texts are about, roughly how many to expect, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We text you only if you say yes.
Whichever way you agree, the first text you get from us confirms it.
What we send
Text messages about your estimate, your appointments, the work we are doing for you, your invoices and payments, and a follow-up after the work is done. The follow-up is a thank-you once your job is finished, which may include a link to leave us a review; we never offer anything in return for a review. Message frequency varies: you will hear from us more while a job is being arranged or is under way, and little or not at all in between.

Cost
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one message confirming it, and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at office@silvermountainlandscape.com or (609) 630-0268. If you stop and later change your mind, reply START and texts are switched back on.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
